Winter Glow

So I painted a Bob Ross in acrylic with a slow dry retarder.  Wasn't easy. I need to experiment with it some more.  Painting the trees was fun.

Ok so what happened to me, it was supposed to be a streak.. Well I was first a mower plowing down everything with any tool.  And for the past week, days I have been trying each tool learning and being familiar.  Look at references get inspired!

Digital piece from still life.  Fun to compose but was a little frustrating at first.  It's the problem with procratinationitis but the remedy is practice practice practice.  And lots of positive affirmations to squish preconceptions of Art is "Talent"  And great artists who say "Anyone can draw"
New affirmation is staying on the path and believing you can do it.

Basic beach scene
Clouds were fun to do but needed more gradient on the sky.  Also need more work on the water and waves.

Monet Lilypads
Been really wanting to do a Monet piece.  Very fun doing this one.  I will definitely do more of these in the future.
